Residential Deliveries: Please note that it is our policy to call the recipient before we leave the shop to ensure the recipient's are home to receive a delivery. Please supply us with the home address and home and/or cell phone number....the best phone number with which we will most likely make contact. Thank you in advance for providing us with the correct information to ensure a successful delivery of your gift. If a recipient is not home to receive a delivery, it is our policy to not leave their gift outside for them to find when they get home....due to weather issues or theft. If you are not willing to allow us to call the recipient prior to delivery, an extra delivery service may be charged if the recipient is not home, and thus requiring a second delivery. We have been finding it more and more difficult to leave deliveries with neighbors (they're at work, not home, not willing to accept responsibility for the gift, etc.) so, often times, that is not an option.
Business Deliveries: Thank you in advance for providing us with the name of the business, physical address and the time frame that the recipient will be at work.
