VALENTINES DAY Deliveries: We do have LOTS of extra delivery people working from Monday, February 12 through Wednesday, February 14, but, there are still a limited amount of deliveries we can successfully complete in one day. We suggest Valentine's orders are placed early to be on the delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee specific timed deliveries on the above days, but we do our best to promise your delivery will be on a morning route (delivered by noon) OR an afternoon route (delivered between 12-5).
Residential Deliveries: Please note that it is our policy to call the recipient before we leave the shop to insure the recipient's are home to receive a delivery. Please supply us with the home address and home and/or cell phone number....the best phone number with which we will most likely make contact. Thank you in advance for providing us with the correct information to insure a successful delivery of your gift. If a recipient is not home to receive a delivery, it is our policy to not leave their gift outside for them to find when they get home....due to weather issues or theft. If you are not willing to allow us to call the recipient prior to delivery, an extra delivery service may be charged if the recipient is not home, and thus requiring a second delivery. We have been finding it more and more difficult to leave deliveries with neighbors (they're at work, not home, not willing to accept responsibility for the gift, etc.) so, often times, that is not an option.
Business Deliveries: Thank you in advance for providing us with the name of the business, physical address and the time frame that the recipient will be at work.
